Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
- Create data-driven content calendars and manage brand social media channels
- Optimize website performance and user experience through A/B testing and analytics
- Analyze campaign metrics and prepare monthly performance reports for stakeholders
- Manage digital advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and industry best practices
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for specialized digital initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or digital communications
- Proven track record of successful digital campaign execution
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms
- Experience in hospitality industry is highly advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Creative problem-solving ability with attention to detail
