Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, and paid advertising platforms.
- Manage and optimize company profiles on major social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase engagement and follower growth.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Create compelling, high-quality content including blog posts, ad copy, and visuals that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide detailed reports to stakeholders to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure marketing materials are consistent and aligned with business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising tools.
- Excellent understanding of SEO principles, content marketing strategies, and email marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
