Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community interaction.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and provide detailed, actionable reports to stakeholders.
  • Create and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, graphics, and videos, tailored to specific target demographics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and lead generation targets.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media platforms.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic marketing decisions.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
