Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI and conversion rates
- Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
- Create engaging digital content including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and generate actionable insights
- Coordinate with product and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business expansion goals
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
- Manage digital marketing budget and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with focus on SEO/SEM and social media
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Business Manager)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
