Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Optimize SEO performance and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM/PPC)
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and email marketing
- Analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Manage social media channels and community engagement
- Conduct A/B testing for landing pages and email campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing roles
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
- Experience with email marketing automation tools
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities
