- Manage end-to-end TikTok advertising campaigns including strategy development, execution, and performance optimization
- Optimize upper and mid-funnel campaigns to maximize brand awareness, reach, and lead generation
- Collaborate with creative teams to plan, produce, and test high-impact TikTok ad creatives
- Analyze campaign performance data using TikTok Ads Manager and Excel to derive actionable insights
- Develop comprehensive performance reports highlighting KPIs, trends, and optimization opportunities
- Stay current with TikTok advertising trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align advertising strategies with business goals
Kualifikasi
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with TikTok Ads specialization
- Proven track record of managing successful social media advertising campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to stakeholders
