Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence through engaging content and community interaction across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO analysis to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
  • Create compelling copy and visual assets for digital ads, email marketing, blog posts, and landing pages.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation targets and business goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in a Digital Marketing role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on ROI.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Highly proficient in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
