- Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that aligns with healthcare marketing best practices
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging healthcare trends and opportunities
- Support email marketing initiatives including newsletter creation, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with design teams to produce digital assets including graphics, videos, and website content
- Assist in managing digital advertising budgets and ROI analysis across paid campaigns
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital communications while adhering to healthcare compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or healthcare marketing preferred
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling healthcare messaging
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
