- Manage and schedule content across various social media platforms to maintain brand consistency.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of engaging email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Conduct keyword research and assist in basic SEO optimizations for website content.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for active marketing campaigns.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, file organization, and meeting coordination.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing initiatives.
- Engage with online communities and respond to audience inquiries to improve customer retention.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketing Assistant.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Basic familiarity with WordPress or similar content management systems.
