We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Digital Operations Lead to oversee our day-to-day digital activities. Reporting directly to the Manager of Digital Operations, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the seamless execution of our digital marketing strategies. You will act as the bridge between creative teams and technical execution, ensuring that our digital infrastructure supports our ambitious growth goals in the Philippines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end daily digital operations and workflow processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, Creative) to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization.
- Manage external vendor relationships and coordinate effectively with agencies on digital projects.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for digital campaigns and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines and technical standards across all digital channels.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for digital platform issues and coordinate technical resolutions with the IT team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital operations, e-commerce operations, or marketing operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proven experience in project management methodologies and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
