- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the FMCG market.
- Manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data and web analytics to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality digital assets, including banners, videos, and copy.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities.
- Oversee the company blog, social media channels, and email marketing efforts to build brand authority.
- Lead the optimization of the company website for SEO and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media advertising strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
