Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to maximize visibility and sales.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor daily sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock availability.
- Develop and maintain engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market gaps.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or skincare sales.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and social media marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization for product listings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce management software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
