As an intern, you will work closely with our digital teams to design, develop, and implement solutions using modern technologies. You will be exposed to process optimization, data analytics, and the latest tools in the automation space. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in designing and implementing automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate).
- Support data collection, cleaning, and analysis for Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct research on emerging automation technologies and best practices to recommend solutions.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for implemented solutions.
- Participate in technical meetings and contribute to project planning and agile ceremonies.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables) and SQL.
- Basic understanding of workflow automation concepts or experience with tools like Zapier or Power Automate is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
