Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute the companyâs digital transformation strategy, aligning IT initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Supervise and mentor the IT and software development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of secure and scalable software solutions (MySQL, Laravel, POS systems, and websites).
- Drive the integration of AI-driven tools and automation processes to optimize business workflows and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain robust IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime, system security, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify operational bottlenecks and deliver technology-driven solutions.
- Evaluate and implement modern technology stacks, tools, and methodologies to keep the company ahead of the digital curve.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT leadership, supervisory roles, or leading digital transformation projects.
- Strong technical proficiency in PHP/Laravel, MySQL, web development, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Proven experience or strong theoretical knowledge in deploying AI-driven tools and workflows.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure, server management, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills to lead technical teams and present to executive stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on scalability and security.
