Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and deployment of integrated practice management, CRM, HR, and rostering platforms
- Drive AI and automation initiatives to optimize operational workflows and enhance client engagement
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies across departments
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure the impact of digital transformation efforts
- Evaluate and select technology vendors, negotiating contracts and managing partnerships
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all digital systems
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital literacy throughout the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a similar role
- Proven track record implementing CRM, ERP, or practice management systems in a service-oriented environment
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and automation tools
- Strong marketing acumen with experience in digital campaign management and analytics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the healthcare or veterinary sector is a plus
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or PMP is desirable
