Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with verification supervisors, managers, and external parties to ensure smooth transaction processing
- Validate digital transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Identify transaction discrepancies and investigate root causes
- Collaborate with IT and fraud prevention teams on system improvements
- Document verification processes and maintain accurate transaction records
- Monitor transaction trends and report anomalies to management
- Train new team members on verification protocols and digital systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial verification or transaction processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in digital transaction systems and verification software
- Knowledge of financial compliance regulations and AML procedures
