Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound B2B calls to identify and qualify potential IT leads.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign metrics to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and support closing deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports on call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Research and identify new business opportunities within the IT sector.
- Assist in the development and execution of direct marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B telemarketing, lead generation, or direct sales.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).
- Basic understanding of IT sales concepts, software, and hardware products.
