Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to designated areas to identify and engage potential clients.
- Present products and services to customers with a focus on value proposition and benefits.
- Maintain a high volume of daily client interactions to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with existing and new customers within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback on field activities and sales reports to the team supervisor.
- Ensure all sales administration tasks are completed accurately and according to company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, field marketing, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a personal vehicle (motorcycle).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence others effectively.
- Energetic, target-oriented, and resilient in handling field challenges.
- Willingness to spend significant time traveling/working in the field within the Bandung area.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
