Tanggung Jawab
- Promote XLSmart products directly to consumers in designated territories
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic customer outreach
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to potential buyers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Collect market feedback and report customer insights to the sales team
- Collaborate with field administration to ensure smooth sales operations
- Attend regular product training sessions to maintain product expertise
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates or candidates with sales/promotion experience
- Background in sales, canvassing, SPG/SPB, or field administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve KPIs
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license (if applicable to territory coverage)
