Tanggung Jawab
- Promote XLSmart products directly to customers through field marketing activities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective customer engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential buyers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies
- Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily activity reports
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates with enthusiasm for sales and marketing
- Experience in sales, promotions, canvassing, SPG/SPB, or field administration preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong target-driven mindset with ability to work independently
- Proactive attitude with customer service orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 degree is advantageous)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
