Are you a visionary leader with a passion for storytelling and entertainment? Netflix is looking for a Director, Brand Partnerships, APAC to spearhead our brand partnership function in the region. This is a newly established discipline within our Global Marketing Partnerships and Ads Marketing team, offering a unique opportunity to shape how the world's leading streaming service engages with iconic brands.
In this high-impact role, you will define the strategy and execution of partnership marketing initiatives across the diverse APAC landscape. You will work cross-functionally to drive cultural relevance, build long-term brand equity, and create innovative advertising experiences that resonate with our global subscriber base. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the APAC media landscape, a proven track record in securing high-stakes partnerships, and the ability to operate effectively within a high-performance, creative culture.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the long-term regional strategy for brand partnerships across all APAC markets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on identifying, negotiating, and managing high-value strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and ad-sales teams to align partnership goals with broader global brand objectives.
- Establish processes and frameworks for partnership acquisition, campaign measurement, and ROI analysis.
- Identify emerging market trends and competitive opportunities to maintain Netflix's leadership position in entertainment.
- Oversee high-profile global brand campaigns that leverage Netflix’s original content IP for localized market impact.
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, media partnerships, or business development, preferably within the entertainment, tech, or agency sectors.
- Deep understanding of the APAC media and advertising ecosystem, with established networks in key regional hubs.
- Proven track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations and delivering innovative marketing partnerships.
- Strong leadership skills with experience scaling new functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills to influence senior leadership and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is considered an asset.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional regional language is highly desirable.
