This strategic role requires a visionary leader to optimize cross-functional processes, drive efficiency, and scale our operations across logistics, supply chain, and customer service verticals. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor cross-functional operational teams including logistics, supply chain, and customer service departments
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Optimize processes through continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Manage operational budgets and resource allocation for maximum efficiency
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor operational effectiveness
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within operational workflows
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic operational decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years progressive experience in operations management with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in logistics, supply chain optimization, and customer service operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process re-engineering and cost reduction
- Exceptional team leadership abilities with demonstrated talent development success
- Advanced proficiency in operational management software and ERP systems
- Strategic thinker with experience scaling operations in competitive markets
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
