Veranda Hotels & Residences is seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Sales to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our commercial success, overseeing the comprehensive sales strategy for our prestigious property.
As the Director of Sales, you will lead our sales department to new heights by identifying and capturing opportunities within the corporate, government, travel trade, and MICE segments. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships, managing high-stakes negotiations, and ensuring our brand remains the top choice for discerning travelers and business professionals alike. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual sales strategy to exceed hotel revenue targets and occupancy goals.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and excellence in client engagement and account management.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across corporate, government, MICE, and travel trade sectors.
- Develop and nurture key relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and government stakeholders to secure long-term contracts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maximize market share.
- Oversee the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and annual budgets for the department.
- Represent Veranda Hotels & Residences at major industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in hotel sales leadership, with at least 3 years in a Director or Senior Manager role.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex sales accounts in the Jakarta market.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian MICE and Corporate travel landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and hospitality revenue management systems.
- Strong command of both English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
