As an active member of the Executive Committee, the Director of Sales & Marketing will drive strategic growth and market leadership for Accor's prestigious Bali operations. - Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams across multiple channels
- Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, corporate clients, and travel industry leaders
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, and CRM campaigns
- Drive brand positioning and promotional activities to enhance Accor's market presence
- Collaborate with operations and revenue management to optimize pricing strategies
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable reports to executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and market expansion in luxury/hospitality sector
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies, CRM systems, and data analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Deep understanding of Bali's tourism market and regional competitive dynamics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages considered an asset
