In this critical role, you will drive the strategic communication and engagement initiatives across all distribution channels, including agents, brokers, and financial advisors. As the Distribution Engagement and Communications Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with business goals and enhance partner engagement. You will create compelling content for various platforms, manage communication calendars, and coordinate events and training sessions. - Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies tailored to each distribution channel, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage and coordinate all internal and external communications materials, including newsletters, presentations, and digital content.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Plan and organize distribution partner events, training sessions, and engagement activities to strengthen relationships.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives, using data to optimize future campaigns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for distribution partners regarding communication needs and inquiries.
- Maintain a deep understanding of distribution channel dynamics and industry trends to inform communication strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience in managing distribution channels and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
- Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
