Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee key accounts to ensure consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to optimize distribution channels and minimize supply chain bottlenecks.
- Monitor inventory levels and distribution metrics to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving delivery issues proactively.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, distribution reach, and market feedback for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all distribution activities align with corporate compliance and quality standards.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling or expansion opportunities within assigned account territories.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in distribution, account management, or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP/Inventory Management systems.
- Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
