Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive distribution strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors to ensure alignment with company sales goals and brand standards.
  • Monitor distributor performance through rigorous analysis of sales data, inventory levels, and market penetration metrics.
  • Provide regular training and support to distributor teams regarding product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotional initiatives.
  • Identify and recruit new distribution partners to fill coverage gaps and capture emerging market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to implement effective trade programs and in-store visibility campaigns.
  • Resolve supply chain, logistical, or contractual issues to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in channel management, distributor management, or field sales within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets and managing complex distribution networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and sales data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software for reporting and forecasting.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Jakarta region and surrounding areas.
  • Strong leadership capability with a self-motivated and solution-oriented mindset.
