Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors to ensure consistent product availability and brand loyalty.
  • Identify and onboard new potential distributors to expand our market reach in Kabupaten Semarang.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Provide comprehensive product training and sales support to distributor staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a distribution or FMCG environment.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with the Kabupaten Semarang area and its local business ecosystem is highly preferred.
