Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing cascades to ensure consistent brand messaging across the Luzon district.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional activities with overall corporate objectives.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for growth and monitor competitor activity.
- Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and community engagement initiatives within the district.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with local stakeholders to enhance brand presence.
- Ensure all marketing materials and collateral are distributed accurately and on time to regional branches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, trade marketing, or regional brand management (financial services experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the Luzon market landscape and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic marketing action plans.
- Willingness to travel as required to oversee regional marketing activations.
