Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing remote teams
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian e-commerce landscape and merchant ecosystems
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
