Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams across Bogor, Cianjur, and Sukabumi districts
- Design and execute district-specific sales strategies to achieve merchant acquisition and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants and local business stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Implement Gojek's merchant-facing solutions to enhance partners' operational efficiency
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings for regional markets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing remote teams
- Deep understanding of Indonesian e-commerce landscape and merchant ecosystems
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision making
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; regional language proficiency a plus
