Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Depok & Bekasi territories to exceed revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales teams while fostering a culture of excellence
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key merchants across diverse industries
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Implement sales processes and tools to optimize team productivity and merchant onboarding
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales management with 3+ years in B2B environments
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in Jakarta region
- Strong understanding of Depok & Bekasi market dynamics and merchant landscape
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales methodologies
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
