In this leadership position, you'll develop and execute sales strategies to expand Gojek's merchant network in South Jakarta, fostering strong relationships with local businesses while optimizing sales operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement district-specific sales strategies to achieve merchant acquisition and revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives in South Jakarta
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchant partners across diverse sectors
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide coaching for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance merchant experience and retention
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Southeast Asian markets
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's business landscape and merchant ecosystem
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical abilities
- Proficiency in sales CRM tools and digital sales platforms
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
