Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, medical history, and treatment expectations.
- Develop personalized and effective treatment plans utilizing a range of aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser therapies, chemical peels, dermal fillers).
- Perform aesthetic medical procedures safely and effectively, adhering to the highest professional standards, ethical guidelines, and hygiene protocols.
- Provide detailed pre- and post-treatment care instructions, advice, and follow-up to ensure optimal client outcomes and satisfaction.
- Educate clients on various skincare regimens, product recommendations, and lifestyle adjustments to maintain and enhance their results.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client medical records, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements, techniques, and safety protocols in aesthetic medicine through continuous professional development and training.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including aestheticians and support staff, to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Kualifikasi
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited university.
- Valid medical license (Surat Tanda Registrasi Dokter - STR) to practice in Indonesia.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) as an Aesthetic Doctor or in a related dermatological field.
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and body contouring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, trust, and empathy with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning and skill development.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
