Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential donors.
- Conduct outreach programs and presentations to raise awareness for organizational initiatives.
- Manage donor databases, ensuring accurate records of interactions and contribution history.
- Execute strategic fundraising campaigns and donor acquisition activities in the Johor region.
- Provide regular progress reports and feedback to management regarding donor engagement metrics.
- Coordinate events and networking sessions to cultivate support from corporate and individual partners.
- Handle donor inquiries with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, customer service, or sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Johor region for meetings and events.
