As a Donor Relations Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships with our donor community. You will craft compelling narratives that illustrate our social impact, manage donor databases, and execute fundraising strategies that drive sustainable growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategies to increase donor acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Manage the donor database to ensure accurate record-keeping and meaningful reporting.
- Execute multi-channel fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Organize and facilitate donor events and site visits to showcase our impact initiatives.
- Prepare compelling reports, grant proposals, and impact updates for key stakeholders.
- Respond to donor inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align donor messaging with the organization’s overall branding.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or corporate client management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
