Tanggung Jawab
- Install and service residential/commercial door locks, deadbolts, and electronic security systems
- Read architectural blueprints to determine optimal lock placement and security configurations
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical lock failures and perform precise repairs using specialized tools
- Conduct security assessments and recommend appropriate lock upgrades for client needs
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations during installations
- Maintain detailed service records and inventory of security components
- Train clients on proper lock operation and maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in locksmithing preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience installing mechanical and electronic locking systems
- Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring for smart lock installations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Physical capability to lift 25kg and work in confined spaces
- Customer service skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
