Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Collaborate with senior architects and engineers to interpret design concepts and translate them into accurate working drawings.
- Revise and update existing drawings based on client feedback, project changes, and regulatory updates.
- Ensure all drafted plans comply with local building codes, safety standards, and zoning regulations.
- Assist in site surveys and compile accurate as-built documentation.
- Produce clear and comprehensive details for construction documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Drafter or in a similar technical drafting role.
- Proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and the ability to visualize complex structures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of local construction materials and techniques in the Indonesian market is highly preferred.
