Join Urban Home Design as a skilled Drafter and play a pivotal role in bringing our interior design visions to life. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to prepare accurate shop drawings for various interior works and coordinate seamlessly with designers to ensure fabrication and installation processes proceed without a hitch.
In this role, you will utilize your expertise in CAD software to translate high-level design concepts into precise technical drawings. You will collaborate closely with the design team and external contractors, ensuring that all specifications meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings and technical drawings for interior fit-outs and construction projects.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and design intent.
- Review and verify all drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local building codes and standards.
- Communicate effectively with fabricators, contractors, and vendors regarding design specifications and material details.
- Update and revise drawings based on feedback from the design team and site inspections.
- Assist in the creation of material schedules and specification documentation.
- Ensure all project documentation is organized and easily accessible for the team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Architectural Drafting, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Drafter or CAD Operator in the interior design or construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant drafting and design software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local building codes, construction standards, and regulations in Singapore.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
