Capricorn Design is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Drafter to join our creative team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, translating complex engineering concepts into precise technical drawings and blueprints. We value flexibility and are looking for a professional who can balance remote work with occasional on-site presence at our Tangerang Selatan office or project locations.
As a Freelance Drafter, you will play a crucial role in the development and visualization of our design solutions. Your work will serve as the foundation for construction and manufacturing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and clients to interpret project requirements and design briefs.
- Revise and modify existing drawings based on feedback and project updates.
- Ensure all drafted plans comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Prepare material lists and detailed specifications for projects.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Conduct site visits as required to verify field conditions and update drawings accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working as a Drafter or Architectural Drafter, preferably in a freelance or contract capacity.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or MicroStation.
- Strong understanding of drafting standards, symbols, and technical terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and engineering documents.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
