We serve a diverse range of industries, including power plants, cement plants, and manufacturing facilities. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, ensuring the optimal performance of our equipment, and building strong relationships with our clients.
As a Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in the after-sales service lifecycle. You will travel to client sites to perform installations, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of instrumentation equipment for clients.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for process control systems and industrial instruments.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance visits to power plants and cement plants to ensure operational continuity.
- Document all service activities, including fault logs, repair reports, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and engineering teams to propose technical solutions and upgrades.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company technical procedures during all service operations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering reliable service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar Service Engineer role, preferably within the power, cement, or industrial manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, HMI, and various types of industrial sensors and transmitters.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, P&IDs, and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
