As a Drafter, you will translate conceptual designs into precise, high-quality technical drawings. You will work in close collaboration with our Principal Architects, internal design teams, and site engineers to ensure every detail of our construction projects meets our rigorous standards for quality, safety, and functionality. Tanggung Jawab
- Translate architectural sketches and concepts into detailed 2D/3D construction drawings.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Principal Architects and internal design teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide technical support and ensure drawings align with field conditions.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
- Collaborate with field teams to resolve design-related construction challenges in real-time.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with local building regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain project drawing registers and track revision histories for all technical deliverables.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Drafter in a construction or architectural firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with SketchUp, Revit, or BIM software is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural standards, construction methods, and building materials.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a project-oriented environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali.
