Tanggung Jawab
- Liaise and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and background checks on prospective and existing clients
- Review and analyze complex documentation to verify client information and detect potential red flags
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and business units to resolve due diligence issues and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Monitor client accounts for suspicious activities and implement appropriate follow-up actions
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in due diligence, compliance, or risk management within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including MAS guidelines, FATF standards, and AML/KYC requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Professional certification such as ACAMS or CAMS would be advantageous
- Experience with due diligence software and database management systems
