We are seeking a skilled Duty Engineer to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Boracay, a premier destination in one of the Philippines' most beautiful locations.
As a Duty Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our hotel's engineering systems. You'll be the first point of contact for maintenance issues, responsible for monitoring and maintaining all hotel facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment. Your expertise will directly impact our guests' experience, as you work to create a comfortable, safe, and efficient environment for both guests and staff.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain all hotel engineering systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues in guest rooms and public areas
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential problems
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems
- Oversee contractors and vendors performing work on hotel property
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel engineering or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Valid certifications in relevant technical fields preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Knowledge of local safety regulations and compliance requirements
