Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through friendly, efficient interactions
- Prepare and present healthy food items according to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all outlet areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and report supply needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support promotional events and marketing initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physical stamina for standing and moving during shifts
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for healthy living
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
