Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, configure, and dismantle a wide array of audiovisual equipment including projectors, screens, sound systems, microphones, lighting rigs, and video conferencing tools for various events.
- Operate AV systems and equipment during live events, ensuring optimal performance for sound, video, and lighting.
- Conduct pre-event checks and calibration to guarantee all AV components are fully functional and meet event specifications.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise before or during events, providing swift and effective solutions.
- Liaise effectively with clients, event organizers, and other vendors to understand technical requirements and ensure seamless execution.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on AV equipment to ensure longevity and operational reliability.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company guidelines for equipment handling, setup, and operation.
- Provide technical support and guidance to presenters, speakers, and event staff as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as an AV Technician or in a similar role involving event setup and live operations.
- Strong understanding of various audiovisual equipment, including sound mixers, lighting consoles, projectors, LED walls, and video switchers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and event layouts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure in a live environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy equipment, and work long or irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in Electronics, IT, Media Production, or a related field is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality audio and visual experiences.
