Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in daily e-commerce sales reconciliation across various online platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Website).
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable accurately.
  • Monitor and record daily financial transactions in the company's accounting system.
  • Track and verify e-commerce platform fees, shipping costs, and promotional discounts.
  • Assist in monthly inventory stock takes and inventory valuation processes.
  • Generate weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve payment discrepancies, refunds, or return issues.
  • Maintain organized, compliant, and up-to-date digital and physical financial filing systems.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to e-commerce or retail environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with standard accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Xero).
  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
