- Manage and optimize product listings on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada to maximize visibility and conversion rates
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase sales, traffic, and customer engagement across e-commerce platforms
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure seamless fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, policy updates, and competitive landscape
- Prepare monthly performance reports and growth recommendations for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing e-commerce accounts on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and marketplace management platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
