We're seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our digital advertising strategy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Shopee platforms. In this critical role, you'll create and execute data-driven campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our authentic batik products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad creatives, optimize targeting parameters, and analyze performance metrics to maximize ROI. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Shopee platforms
- Develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and visuals aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, conversions) and provide actionable insights
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources across platforms for maximum efficiency
- Conduct A/B testing on ad elements to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality promotional materials
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry best practices
- Generate regular performance reports for stakeholders and leadership team
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing Meta, TikTok, and/or Shopee advertising campaigns
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs in e-commerce digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and metrics
- Familiarity with Indonesian e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in advertising platform interfaces (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads Center)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Creative mindset with attention to visual aesthetics and brand consistency
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
