Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and market share
- Manage affiliate program recruitment, onboarding, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create data-driven promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and affiliate metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliate networks and key stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or affiliate marketing
- Proficiency with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and conversion optimization
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
