Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update product inventory, descriptions, and images on our e-commerce platform.
- Process incoming customer orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media channels in a professional manner.
- Analyze sales trends and report findings to the management team to improve product visibility.
- Implement digital marketing promotions and manage banner updates on the website.
- Maintain database accuracy and ensure compliance with e-commerce security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic image editing tools.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
